The constructions
no prepositionépouser quelqu'un
Il a épousé son amie Léa.
Do not writeIl a épousé avec son amie Léa.
Why
Épouser quelqu'un is direct, whereas se marier avec quelqu'un takes avec. Two verbs for the same event, two constructions: épouser quelqu'un, se marier avec quelqu'un.
The trap for a Chinese speaker
和某人結婚 puts 和 (avec) before the person. That 和 matches se marier avec, but not épouser, which is direct.
